Bounce Effect will bounce a random element of a HTML list every few seconds. Apply this effect to any element and it'll bounce up and down twice. The second bounce is only 40% of the height of the first. Options Option : default height : 100 - Height in pixels for the first bounce fps : 100 - frames per second of the animation If you have a HTML list, the bouncer will bounce a random element of the list every few seconds. Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
